
X-Turn Jetpack Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
- Product Warranty: Your product is covered by a 1-year warranty.
- Proof of Purchase: To claim warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase. This includes a physical or electronic invoice, the electronic warranty certificate, or a delivery/acceptance record. If you lose your invoice and warranty card and cannot provide other valid proof, the warranty start date will be calculated as 90 days after the product's factory dispatch date.
2. Scope of Warranty
- 7-Day Free Returns, Exchange, or Repair: If you purchase the product online and the main unit experiences a non-human-induced performance failure within 7 days from the day of customer sign-off (inclusive), you have the option to receive a full refund at the invoice price, exchange it for a product of the same model and specifications, or get a free repair.
- 15-Day Free Exchange or Repair: If you purchase the product online and the main unit experiences a non-human-induced performance failure between day 8 and day 15 from the day of customer sign-off (inclusive), you have the option to exchange it for a product of the same model and specifications or get a free repair.
- 1-Year Warranty: The warranty period starts from the day of customer sign-off for online purchases. Within this 1-year warranty period, if the main unit experiences a non-human-induced performance failure, you are entitled to a free repair service.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by transportation or handling during returns, exchanges, or repair shipments.
- Damage caused by any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair not performed by XiaoTun.
- Product damage caused by accidents or human-induced factors, such as liquid damage, dropping, incorrect voltage input, excessive pressure, or a deformed motherboard.
- Product failure or damage resulting from improper installation, usage, maintenance, or storage that does not follow the user manual's instructions.
- The warranty certificate does not match the product model, or the certificate has been altered.
- The product nameplate, SN barcode, or anti-tamper labels have been torn off, damaged, or are illegible.
- The product is outside of its warranty period.
- Damage or malfunction caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood).
